At a gas station in the village of Sadovoe, it was found that fuel was being sold without the mandatory labeling with molecular markers. "A special analyzer detected the absence of a marker in the composition of the fuel and lubricants. The results of laboratory tests conducted at OJSC 'Uchkyn' also confirmed the violation," the official statement said.
As a result of the inspection, the tax service seized 8,500 liters of fuel, the value of which exceeds 579,000 soms. Relevant acts were drawn up, and the collected materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies for further analysis and action in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan.

From October 1, 2024, mandatory labeling of gasoline and diesel fuel will come into effect in the Kyrgyz Republic. This law applies to both imported and locally produced fuel and lubricants. The import, transportation, and sale of fuel without molecular markers is prohibited.
