The Bailiff Service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic informs about the launch of a portal for free online debt checking.
The portal allows citizens to find out in advance about the status of their debts, as well as to obtain the surname, name, and contact details of the bailiff. In addition, users can familiarize themselves with the possibilities of lifting restrictions and resolving issues in accordance with current legislation.
To access the portal, it is necessary to:
— scan the QR code using a mobile phone;
— enter your TIN (taxpayer identification number);
— receive up-to-date information about debts and restrictions.
It is also worth noting that some individuals offer paid services for debt checking through social networks.
The Bailiff Service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic has conducted a legal assessment of such actions.
The debt checking service is provided completely free of charge.
