Kanatbek Osmonov, Deputy Director of the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court and Chief Bailiff of Kyrgyzstan, introduced the new head of the Jalal-Abad Regional Office of the Judicial Department, Ulugbek Toktosunov. This information was announced by the press service of the Judicial Department.
During the meeting, an order dated March 6, 2026, was read out, confirming Toktosunov's appointment as head of the office.
It should be noted that prior to this, Ulugbek Toktosunov worked as a bailiff in the department of the Bailiff Service responsible for the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.
After introducing the new head, Kanatbek Osmonov held a meeting with the bailiffs, during which he also introduced Momunov Mederbek Nishenalievich, appointed as the senior bailiff for the Jalal-Abad region. His appointment was made according to the order of the Judicial Department dated February 24, 2026.
