In Kyrgyzstan, about 3,000 cars were produced as part of cooperation with Uzbekistan, - ambassador
According to the diplomat, the main focus of this cooperation is on the establishment of joint production facilities.
“Currently, we are tasked with developing industrial cooperation, as our economies mutually complement each other. What we have can be offered to the Kyrgyz side, while the Uzbek side, in turn, can offer its resources,” he noted.
As an example, the ambassador cited a project for automobile production in Kyrgyzstan, where about 3,000 cars were assembled last year.
“These units of finished vehicles are currently being operated in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic,” Niyazhodzhaev added.
Furthermore, he mentioned that this project received recognition at one of the international events.
“During the celebration of the Independence Day of the United States last year, my colleague, the Ambassador of the United States, proudly noted that he was pleased to see Chevrolet cars produced in Kyrgyzstan circulating in the country,” he concluded.
