Earlier, Baku announced the evacuation of the entire Azerbaijani diplomatic corps from Iran.
The Iranian president reportedly reiterated that "the incident involving the aerial bombardment of Nakhchivan" has nothing to do with Tehran, promising to conduct an investigation.
