Nurlan Eshmukambet uulu has been appointed as the new akim of the Toguz-Torou district, located in the Jalal-Abad region. This decision was made by President Sadyr Japarov, who signed the corresponding decree.
This decree was issued in accordance with the provisions of Articles 70 and 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as Article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies."
