On March 6, President Sadyr Japarov organized an iftar for the parishioners of the Republican Central Mosque named after Imam Sarakhsi, located in Bishkek. In his speech, he congratulated everyone on the beginning of the holy month of Orozo, urging believers to focus on strengthening their faith, showing mercy and mutual assistance, as well as performing good deeds.
He emphasized that during this special period, it is especially important to care for those close to us, to help those in need, and to strive for spiritual purification.
The President expressed hope that the prayers and good intentions of the believers would be heard, and that peace, prosperity, and harmony would prevail in every family. He also added that the month of fasting should become a time of spiritual joy and an increased desire for good deeds, as well as a time for mutual understanding and compassion.
In addition, the head of state participated in the iftar together with the parishioners and performed the namaz.
