. President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree appointing Zalkarbek Karimov to the position of akim of the Naryn district of the Naryn region.
This decision was made in accordance with Articles 70 and 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as Article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies."
