Several serious problems have been identified in the operation of the City Multidisciplinary Clinical Hospital No. 2 in Bishkek. This became known from reports by the government press service.
According to the information, although some construction blocks were completed back in 2022, the clinic is not operating at full capacity due to a lack of necessary medical equipment.
The situation has worsened during the transfer of hospitals from the jurisdiction of the mayor's office to the Ministry of Health.
Adylbek Kasymaliev, the head of the government, instructed the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance to urgently develop proposals for equipping the hospital with all necessary equipment and to complete the work by the end of April this year. He also emphasized that he would personally monitor the implementation of this task within the established deadlines.
It is worth noting that the Chairman of the Cabinet and the head of the President's Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, recently conducted a working inspection of several medical institutions in Bishkek and the Chui region.
