Positive results are being observed in the field of agriculture in Kyrgyzstan regarding export and international cooperation. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
According to the department's data, in 2025, the following agricultural products were shipped from the republic:
- 40 tons of lentil seeds to Russia.
- 1500 tons of "Lagenaria" pumpkin seeds to Japan.
- The first batch of dried plums, totaling 23 tons, to China.
- The hybrid corn "Oktyabrskaya 70" to Uzbekistan for testing.
The ministry emphasizes that these initiatives are aimed at promoting Kyrgyz agricultural products in international markets, as well as providing farmers with additional income through the export of quality products.
In addition, the ministry intends to continue implementing projects aimed at expanding export opportunities and strengthening international ties. These actions are key to supporting local production and ensuring the country's food security.
