This mechanism will be in effect for one year from the date the decree comes into force. The list of heating supply enterprises will be formed by the authorized state body responsible for budget forecasting and execution.
The Cabinet of Ministers is tasked with organizing the provision of subsidies directly from the republican budget in digital format through the specified platform. Additionally, in the event of successful implementation of this initiative, amendments to the current legislation are planned. Local self-government bodies are recommended to use this platform for all subsidy operations.
Control over the implementation of the decree will be carried out by the management of control over the execution of decisions of the president and the Cabinet of Ministers, which is part of the Presidential Administration. The decree comes into force upon official publication and was published in the newspaper "Erkin Too" on March 3, 2026 (No. 16).
