- In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a ceremony was held where 10 electric vehicles of the Hyundai IONIQ 5 model were handed over. This event was made possible thanks to assistance from South Korea, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy of the republic.

The Ministry of Economy informs that the transfer of electric vehicles is part of a program to transition the vehicle fleet of government services to environmentally friendly transport as part of the "green" mobility initiative, which is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in collaboration with the Korean International Cooperation Agency.

The department noted that this is just the first step within the project. In the future, there are plans to update the vehicle fleet of OJSC "Kyrgyz Post," which should contribute to improving service quality and implementing sustainable environmental solutions. Additionally, the necessary charging infrastructure for government agencies in Kyrgyzstan will be created.
