According to the approved plan, the opening of new facilities is scheduled in the following regions:
- Chui Region — 8 enterprises;
- Jalal-Abad Region — 14;
- Osh Region — 9;
- Issyk-Kul Region — 12;
- Naryn Region — 15;
- Batken Region — 9;
- Talas Region — 8 enterprises.
Among the facilities planned for launch, the following can be highlighted:
- 10 trade and logistics centers;
- 6 cold storage warehouses for fruits and vegetables;
- 5 grain processing plants (including flour, pasta, and confectionery);
- 14 enterprises for processing vegetables and fruits;
- 8 dairy processing plants;
- 8 meat processing enterprises (of which 6 are for poultry production);
- 1 rice processing plant;
- 10 slaughterhouses;
- 5 enterprises engaged in wool processing;
- 2 fish processing plants;
- 1 plant for processing medicinal herbs;
- 1 enterprise for mineral water production;
- 3 feed mills;
- 1 honey processing plant.
The total investment in these projects will amount to 6 billion 203 million soms.
Financing will be carried out through preferential state loans, private investments, and resources from international partner organizations. It is expected that the opening of new processing enterprises will contribute to an increase in the production volumes of local products, the creation of new jobs in the regions, and the improvement of the country's export potential.
