President Sadyr Japarov emphasized the importance of adequate support for the defenders of the country at a recent national meeting. "We have implemented the necessary changes," he stated.
The leader of the state noted that significant transformations have taken place in the law enforcement agencies.
"The economic success of the state is impossible without internal stability. Over the past five years, unprecedented measures have been implemented to reform the law enforcement agencies, improve national security and law and order, as well as modernize the armed forces," he added.
The president also reported on the complete modernization of the material and technical base: modern equipment has been acquired, including new types of weapons, special technical means, drones, reconnaissance and surveillance systems, as well as high-precision defense systems and modern vehicles worth hundreds of billions of soms.
In addition, the social protection of employees responsible for security has been revised. Salaries for military personnel and law enforcement officers have increased threefold, and in the Batken region, where the level of risk and workload is higher, they have increased by 4.5 times," noted the president.
It is worth mentioning that a national meeting is currently taking place at "Yntymak Ordo," dedicated to summarizing the results of 2025 with the participation of President Sadyr Japarov.
Members of the cabinet of ministers, heads of state agencies, authorized representatives of the president in the regions, mayors of Bishkek and Osh, as well as district akims are participating in this event.
