At a republican meeting held today at "Yntymak Ordo," President Sadyr Japarov announced that in 2025, more than 4,600 families became owners of mortgage apartments.
He emphasized that this number accounts for about half of the total number of apartments issued over the past four years. Since 2021, 9,250 families in the country have had the opportunity to acquire their own housing.
“Among the new apartment owners are young couples who have become homeowners for the first time, as well as medical workers, teachers, and employees of the budget sphere, many of whom have waited for this moment for many years,” the president noted.
