In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of OJSC 'Kyrgyzneftegaz', Samsaaly Chetimebaev has been appointed as the chairman of the company's management board. This information was provided by the organization's press service.
Chetimebaev's candidacy was proposed by the main shareholder — the State Agency for Management of State Property of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The deputy director of the agency, Bekzat Abdykaharov, introduced the new leader to the team.
Samsaaly Chetimebaev and his team face important tasks, including the modernization of equipment, increasing hydrocarbon production volumes, and implementing modern digital solutions in process management.
It is worth noting that 'Kyrgyzneftegaz' plays a key role in the country's economy, being one of the largest taxpayers and ensuring energy security in the southern regions of Kyrgyzstan.
