On February 25, 2026, during a plenary session of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Ulukbek Karybek uulu raised the issue of an unresolved land conflict in the rural administration of Chek-Abad, located in the Aravan district of the Osh region.

He stated that 18 hectares of land had been privatized by a certain citizen named "Sh.N.", who previously held a position in the security agencies.

According to his information, illegal construction is currently taking place on this land plot.

The deputy appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the General Prosecutor's Office, requesting intervention in the situation and its resolution within the framework of the law.
