He noted that the construction of the second hydro unit of the Kambar-Ata HPP-2 is ongoing.
“Currently, preparations are underway for the Kambar-Ata HPP-1 project, which includes the construction of necessary infrastructure facilities and updating the feasibility study with the support of the World Bank,” the minister added.
According to Ibraev, out of 15 investment agreements related to solar and wind power plants, 5 investors have already begun construction.
“We are also continuing to expand the gasification of settlements, modernize infrastructure, and implement programs for preferential connections,” he concluded.
