On February 24, 2026, a remote electricity disconnection is planned in Bishkek for more than 6000 subscribers who have outstanding debts. The Bishkek electricity network company reminds its clients of the necessity to promptly pay their bills to avoid disconnections.

The company's website also features a section called "Subscriber Balance," where both residential and industrial clients can check the status of their accounts at any time. Additionally, residential subscribers can use the mobile application "My Light," available on Play Market and AppStore, to obtain information about their balance.
