The implementation of this project is entrusted to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Funding is provided from the resources allocated by the Asian Development Bank.
By December 1, the Cabinet plans to complete 60 km of earthworks and lay 25 km of the lower layer of asphalt on the Issyk-Kul Ring Road.
