Kyrgyzstan Certificates in Russia

On February 16, Russia suspended the validity of certificates from three accredited organizations from Kyrgyzstan on its territory. The Federal Accreditation Service of the Russian Federation explained this decision by numerous violations in the issuance of documents.

The following companies were affected by the FAS decision:

LLC "Certification Center 'Muras'" (reg. number KG417/KTS.OCP.046);
LLC "Certification and Testing Center" (reg. number KG417/KTS.OCP.026);
LLC "Expert-Line" (reg. number KG417/KTS.OCP.053).
Russia against "gray certificates"

In June 2025, the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Maxim Reshetnikov reported a significant increase in Kyrgyz certificates in the Russian market.

The ministry noted that many of these certificates have "not very high-quality" origins. In 2024, the number of Kyrgyz documents in the Russian market increased to 250 thousand.

In response, the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan stated that such claims require thorough verification and analysis of the work of accredited certification bodies.

Since November 30 2025, a new government decree has been in effect in Russia, granting control (supervisory) bodies and Rosakkreditatsiya the right to suspend the validity of certificates and declarations on the territory of the Russian Federation if the products do not meet the safety requirements of the EAEU technical regulations or if the necessary documents for issuing the certificate or declaration are absent.

At the meeting of the Intergovernmental Council of the EAEU in December 2025, the leaders of the governments of the member states also confirmed that the fight against unjustifiably issued certificates within the EAEU will continue.
