According to the provided information, the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control conducts regular monitoring of construction sites across the country.
“During the construction of a multi-story residential building at Suvanberdieva Street, 33, which includes commercial premises and a two-level underground parking lot, it was found that the work was being carried out without the appropriate documents. An act has been drawn up against LLC 'SK Everest Group,' and the company has been instructed to provide the necessary documents to rectify the violations. In addition, a fine of 200,000 soms has been imposed on the organization,” the official statement says.
The construction company did not submit an approved project and a positive conclusion from the state expertise to the Bishkek City Department of State Architectural and Construction Control.
Despite the lack of permitting documents, the company independently carried out construction and installation work, including the installation of columns and the execution of the diaphragm. These actions constitute a violation of the law on urban planning and architecture.
Materials related to this case have been sent to the Oktyabrsky District Court.
