Zainidin Kurmanov, a well-known public and political figure, as well as a historian and lawyer, shared his opinion with the Kabar agency regarding the recent decision of the Constitutional Court on the terms of presidential powers.
He noted that this decision is correct both from a legal and political perspective. Now, after analysis and the issuance of the decision, it has become clear that the presidential elections will take place within the previously established deadlines set by the special electoral commissions that were involved in the transition from the old Constitution to the new one.
According to Kurmanov, the head of state demonstrated how important issues in the country should be resolved, emphasizing the culture of legal resolution of any situations.
