Sagintayev emphasized that the active participation of the business communities of the Eurasian "five" countries in integration processes is an important factor for enhancing the competitiveness of their economies.
One of the key areas of work with businesses, according to representatives of the EEC, is creating conditions for expanding the export opportunities of companies:
- In 2025, the signing of trade agreements with Indonesia, the UAE, and Mongolia is expected.
- A comprehensive free trade agreement with Iran will come into effect, and negotiations with India will also be intensified.
- An analysis is being conducted on the feasibility of concluding a free trade agreement with Tunisia.
“The Commission's work is focused on creating conditions that promote business development through the activation of the potential of Eurasian economic integration. The main beneficiaries of our actions are entrepreneurs from the EAEU countries,” concluded Bakytzhan Sagintayev.
