According to Zhantaev, a special comprehensive program called "Chui-Investment" will be launched this year to address this issue.
In addition, he noted that two small hydropower plants and one solar power plant with a total capacity of 105.7 MW have already been put into operation, and the construction of six more small hydropower plants is ongoing.
"For the construction of small hydropower plants and solar panels using renewable energy sources, the 'Green Energy' fund has allocated 1,283 hectares of land in areas such as Panfilov, Kemin, Alamudun, Sokuluk, Moscow, Issyk-Ata, Chui, and Jayil," he added.
