- The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announced the extension of the anti-dumping duty on certain goods from the People's Republic of China.

The measures concerning leaf springs and related sheets will be in effect until November 17, 2026.

The initial validity period of this measure was set to expire on March 20, 2026. However, after receiving a request at the Department of Internal Market Protection of the EEC, a repeated anti-dumping investigation was initiated in November 2025.

The EEC reminded that according to the regulations of the EAEU, the validity period of the existing anti-dumping measure may be extended during the conduct of the repeated investigation, which must be completed within 12 months from the date of its initiation.
The anti-dumping duty on leaf springs from China was introduced in accordance with the Decision of the EEC Board dated February 16, 2021, No. 17, and its rate is 14.11% of the customs value.
