"Chakan HPP" proposes to simplify the allocation of land for electric charging stations
He highlighted that local authorities play a key role in this process, as they are responsible for issuing permits for the installation of facilities based on general plans and territorial developments.
“If local authorities show flexibility and provide opportunities for the installation of charging stations not only for our company but also for other interested organizations, it will allow for the creation of an extensive network across the country,” Askeev noted.
According to him, electric vehicles can travel between 300 to 500 kilometers on a single charge. In cases where a charging station is unavailable, drivers have to plan their routes in advance to avoid the risk of running out of charge.
Askeev believes that with a well-developed network of charging stations, drivers will be able to move freely across the country, recharging their vehicles as needed and without fearing stops along the way.
The Deputy General Director added that one of the main measures of state support should be the simplification and acceleration of the process of allocating land plots for the installation of charging stations.
“This is the most effective way for the rapid development of this sector throughout the republic,” he emphasized.
