Daniyar Amangeldiev participated in the Munich Security Conference
During his working trip to the Federal Republic of Germany, the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Daniyar Amangeldiev, participated in the 62nd Munich Security Conference.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, as part of this event, Amangeldiev held numerous bilateral meetings and negotiations with several high-ranking guests:
- Antonio Tajani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy;
- Gordan Grlić-Radman, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia;
- Nemanja Starović, Minister of European Integration of Serbia;
- Paolo Zampolli, Special Envoy of the U.S. President for Global Partnerships;
- David O'Callaghan, Special Envoy of the European Union for Sanctions;
- Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank;
- Josef Sikela, Commissioner of the European Union for International Partnerships;
- Helga Schmid, former Secretary General of the OSCE.
The topics of discussion included issues of cooperation in the field of sanctions, as well as support for Kyrgyzstan's candidacy for non-permanent membership in the UN Security Council for 2027-2028.
