During the visit, the guests observed the production capabilities of OJSC "Uchkyn," which specializes in the full cycle of manufacturing state registration license plates for vehicles, driver's licenses, ID cards, textbooks, diplomas, and other important printed products.
Additionally, the institution "Kyzmat" reported that in 2025, more than 3.9 million state services were provided, of which over 539 thousand are available in online format.
Among the new digital services are:
- online exchange of ID cards;
- temporary registration at the place of residence;
- online replacement of driver's licenses;
- digiтization of driver's licenses;
- online trading of vehicles;
- online buying and selling of real estate;
- obtaining an OSAGO policy via the internet;
- reissuing certificates from the civil registry office in electronic form.
It is worth noting that more than 149 thousand citizens have already used the online replacement service for driver's licenses.
“The transition of government agencies to electronic document management allows for savings of over 1 billion soms of budget funds each year,” the statement emphasizes.
