In connection with the celebration of the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year), the following border crossing points will temporarily suspend operations:
- Checkpoint "Irkeshtam-Road" — from February 16 at 22:00;
- Checkpoint "Torugart-Road" — from February 16 at 22:00.
The resumption of the passage of citizens, vehicles, and cargo through these checkpoints is expected on February 20, 2026, at 08:00.
Citizens and participants in foreign economic activities are advised to take this information into account when planning trips across the state border.
