- On February 11, 2026, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, signed decree No. 39, which contains amendments to decree No. 89 dated April 3, 2024, concerning tariff issues in the housing and communal services sector.

According to the new document, the first point of decree No. 89 has been revised. It now provides for the continuation of subsidies for citizens, covering the difference in tariffs until 2033.

Previously, point 1 of decree No. 89 contained information about plans to cease subsidies for heating supply companies by 2028.
