The Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which deals with issues of constitutional legislation, state structure, local self-government, and regulations, announced the need for a break to hold an extraordinary meeting.
Deputy Chairman of the Committee Kubanychbek Samakov noted that this break is necessary to discuss the election of the speaker of parliament.
Vice-Speaker Chyngyz Azhybaev announced a 15-minute break during the meeting.
