This plot consists of 10 hectares of rain-fed arable land, is state-owned, and is located within the Ak-Suu rural district of the Moscow region.
The transfer of the plot to the category of industrial land is carried out for the construction of a factory that will produce plastic products for drip and sprinkler irrigation systems.
According to the specified document, the state administration of the Moscow region is obliged to develop and approve urban planning documentation, make changes to land accounting materials, and ensure the targeted use of the land. Compensation for losses related to agricultural production is also provided, as well as compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards, anti-seismic requirements, and measures for drainage.
The resolution also specifies requirements for the protection of historical and cultural heritage sites and the possibility of land expropriation in case of non-targeted use or non-use of the land.
This decision will come into effect 9 days after its official publication.
