During a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Kurmankul Zulyshev commented on the recent resignation of the Speaker of Parliament Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu. He noted: "An unexpected event has occurred today. Public service is not private property. Everyone who comes into public service must understand that sooner or later they will have to leave."
According to the deputy, Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu demonstrated political will by voluntarily resigning from his powers.
"Public service is not a permanent position; there is no need to make a tragedy out of this," Zulyshev added, wishing his colleague good luck in the future.
Additionally, he reported that in light of recent events, the president has appealed to the Constitutional Court for a legal decision.
Zulyshev emphasized that since 2020, the state has been going through a difficult period and noted the significant contribution of the country's leadership to this process.
