Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Direct flight on the route Guangzhou—Bishkek—Guangzhou opens on March 26

- On February 11, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on a recent meeting that took place in Guangzhou between representatives of the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic and the management of China Southern Airlines.

During the discussion, the participants addressed the issues of launching a regular flight on the Guangzhou—Bishkek—Guangzhou route, as well as the possibility of opening a new route from Bishkek to Guangzhou to Sanya (Hainan Province, China).

According to information from the Chinese side, the opening of the Guangzhou—Bishkek—Guangzhou flight is scheduled for March 29, 2026. Flights will be operated twice a week — on Wednesdays and Sundays. Air tickets went on sale starting February 11, 2026.
