The role of the sports director of the academy will be taken by Samat Suymaliev, who previously headed the youth national teams of Kyrgyzstan. The academy will form teams from RSC students who will participate in national championships in the age categories of 2009–2013.
The establishment of this academy contributes to the development of football among youth, the formation of a qualified coaching and administrative staff, as well as ensuring the participation of talented RSC players in KFS competitions at the national level.
