According to the mentioned document, in addition to completing 15% of construction and installation work, the launch of several internal railway projects is also planned. These projects will be synchronized with the main trunk line and include the construction of the Kochkor—Kara-Keche—Makmal and Balıkchy—Cholpon-Ata roads.
During the specified period, negotiations are also expected to be held to attract investments. Furthermore, by December 1, the construction of the Balıkchy—Kochkor railway section and the Kochkor station itself is planned to be completed.
Several agencies are responsible for the implementation of this project, including the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, as well as the State Enterprise "NC Kyrgyz Temir Zholu" (by agreement).
Funding will be provided from the resources of the State Enterprise "NC KTZ", investments from development partners, as well as within the framework of the republican budget and attracted funds.
