The pharmaceutical sector became the leader in growth rates, increasing production volume by 70%. The main factors behind this success were a similar increase in the output of medicinal products, as well as a 20% rise in the production of veterinary vaccines, indicating a growing demand in both the domestic market and agriculture.
There was also a significant increase in the production of rubber and plastic products, as well as other non-metallic mineral products — by 35.7%, where the main driver of growth was the production of building materials, which increased by 36.6%.
The specific data on building materials is as follows:
- cement production increased by 37.4%;
- products made of concrete, gypsum, and cement increased by 42.4%.
Additionally, the production of rubber and plastic products rose by 25.9%, reflecting an activation of demand in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Growth was also observed in the woodworking and paper industries, as well as in printing, where the overall increase amounted to 30.5%. In particular:
the volume of products in printing increased 1.6 times;
wood processing and the production of wood products showed a growth of 3%.
