The works were financed from various sources:
- from the title list — 328 km,
- from capital investments — 1084.6 km,
- as part of investment projects — 133.2 km.
Additionally, 11 new bridges were opened in the country.
Among the priority projects funded from the state budget are the construction and reconstruction of the following roads: Balykchy–Bokonbaev–Karakol, Naryn–Bayetov, Ala-Buka–Zhany-Bazar–Kirovka, the section of the Suusamyr road on the Bishkek–Osh route, and the road from Safarovka to Barpy. Work is underway on five additional projects of the alternative North–South route. The construction of the national significance road Barskoon–Bedel, funded from internal resources, has begun.
In Bishkek, work has started on the construction of a six-lane northern bypass road and two-level transport interchanges, for which temporary passage has already been opened.
Among the ongoing investment projects are the construction of the roads Suusamyr–Talas–Taraz, Korumdu–Balbay–Baatyr, Barskoon–Karakol, and a 748-meter tunnel on the Bishkek–Osh road, as noted in the report.
