A meeting with All American Rail Group was held in Bishkek regarding the construction project of the Makmal-Karakol railway.
During this meeting, participants discussed the progress in the implementation of the public-private partnership project "Construction of the Makmal-Karakol Railway," the agreement for which was signed in February 2025.
The goal of this project is to develop the internal railway network of Kyrgyzstan and create conditions for the formation and integration of the Trans-Eurasian transport route.
During the discussion, participants focused on the issues of implementing modern and innovative technologies, as well as applying the best global practices in the field of railway transport.
The implementation of this project is expected to improve transport connectivity between regions, strengthen the country's transit potential, and create additional conditions for economic growth, as stated in the official message from the agency.

According to information posted on the InfraPPP portal, All American Rail Group (AARG) was founded in November 2022 and includes highly accredited and reputable companies engaged in design, engineering, construction, and management in the railway transport sector.
Over the past five years, AARG has achieved a turnover of more than $19.7 billion, and its operating cash flow amounted to about $2 billion.
AARG manages and implements over 3,000 railway projects, has designed nearly 2,000 kilometers of tracks, and completed more than 200 major capital projects in the class 1 railway transport sector.
