It is planned that negotiations will be held with the U.S. Transportation Security Administration by December 1, 2026, after which an agreement on air communication between the two countries should be signed.
The State Agency for Civil Aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic will be responsible for implementing this plan.
Funding for these activities will be provided from the republican budget.
