By the decree of President Sadyr Japarov, Taalatbek Shamudinovich Masadikov has been relieved of his position as Deputy Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. As of January 1, he was appointed to the position of Secretary General by the decision of the heads of state of the CSTO.
