According to the latest data, prices for raw milk vary across different regions of Kyrgyzstan. In particular, in the Chui region, the cost is 35–47 soms, in the Talas region — 32–41 soms, and in the Issyk-Kul region — 34–48 soms.
It should be noted that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 2, 2024, No. 724, which approves the rules for determining prices for raw milk, the base price is set for milk with a fat content of 3.4%.
