
Currently, in Kyrgyzstan, the price of raw milk with a fat content of 3.4%, which processing enterprises purchase from farmers, varies by region and can reach 48 soms. This information was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the agency's data, in the Chui region, the cost of milk ranges from 35 to 47 soms, in the Talas region — from 32 to 41 soms, and in the Issyk-Kul region — from 34 to 48 soms.
It should be noted that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 2, 2024, No. 724, which defines the procedure for setting prices for raw milk, the base price is established for milk with a fat content of 3.4%.
