Employees of the Sokuluk Interdistrict Center for Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Illegally Fined Businesses, - Prosecutor General's Office
“As a result of an inspection conducted by the Sokuluk district prosecutor's office, it was found that some employees of the Sokuluk interdistrict center for disease prevention and state sanitary-epidemiological supervision, during planned inspections, instead of issuing written warnings and conducting follow-up checks, unlawfully imposed fines,” the General Prosecutor's Office noted.
As a result of the prosecutor's actions, proceedings were initiated against three employees of the center under Article 436 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the court imposed a fine of 15,000 soms on each of them. In addition, seven employees were held accountable for disciplinary violations.
As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, three unlawful rulings on penalties imposed on individual entrepreneurs were also annulled.
