This decision is the result of implementing the norms of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and in accordance with the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission, adopted on December 5, 2025, under No. 111.
According to the new resolution, the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers has been designated as the authorized body to issue a document containing the following information:
- information about the person importing electric vehicles,
- the number of vehicles being imported,
- the value of these vehicles.
The document pertains to motor vehicles with electric engines classified under codes 8703 80 000 3 and 8703 80 000 5.
The issuance period for this document will be no more than 3 days.
The State Customs Service is tasked with:
- following the Decision of the EEC Council dated December 5, 2025, No. 111, when granting the tariff benefit;
- developing the procedure for issuing the specified document;
- issuing the document within 3 calendar days from the moment of receiving the application from the importer.
The resolution will be officially published and will come into effect from the moment the Decision of the EEC Council No. 111 of December 5, 2025, is in force.
Control over its implementation is entrusted to the Department for Monitoring the Execution of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
