The fund will be located in the section dedicated to "Industrialization," and its creation has been entrusted to the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance, which will need to determine the sources of funding.
The main goal of the fund is to support the implementation of modern technologies, including local developments, in key industries.
In the first quarter of 2027, the government plans to develop a mechanism for providing preferential financing to enterprises through this fund, as well as to provide leasing of equipment and technologies on favorable terms.
According to preliminary data, the volume of industrial production in Kyrgyzstan in 2025 is expected to be around $9.1 billion.
