Within the extractive sector, the most significant contribution came from the extraction of metallic ores, the volume of which exceeded 51.3 billion soms during the reporting period. There is also a noticeable increase in the extraction of coal and lignite.
The index of physical volume of mineral extraction for the period from January to December 2025 was 114.2%, indicating a real increase in production compared to the same period of the previous year.
