Employees of the Main Directorate for Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained a suspect in committing fraud

The police reported that a criminal prosecution has been initiated in this case. During the investigation, employees of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained a citizen identified as S.M., born in 1970, in the village of Ak-Kiya in the Uzgen district of the Osh region. He had been wanted since 2024, has a criminal record, and is a member of an organized crime group. A preventive measure in the form of arrest has already been chosen against him.
