The Financial Supervisory Authority has established the fees for auditors and auditing organizations

- The Financial Market Regulation Service has announced new fees related to the registration, re-registration, and maintenance of the Unified State Register of Auditors, Audit Organizations, and Professional Audit Associations.

These fees were approved based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 12, 2023, No. 352 "On the Amounts of Fees for Registration, Re-registration in the Unified State Register of Auditors, Audit Organizations, and Professional Audit Associations and for the Maintenance of the Unified State Register."

Established Fee Amounts

One-time fee for registration and re-registration:

• for auditors — 10 calculation indicators;


• for audit organizations — 20 calculation indicators;


• for audit organizations authorized to conduct audits of public interest entities — 20 calculation indicators.

Annual fee for maintaining the Unified State Register:

• for auditors — 20 calculation indicators;


• for audit organizations — 100 calculation indicators;


• for audit organizations permitted to conduct audits of public interest entities — 500 calculation indicators.

The service noted that the annual fee for maintaining the Unified State Register must be paid no later than January 30.
